(2)The 1[State Government] may order-(a)a youthful offender or child to be transferred from on reformatory school to another, or from one industrial school to another;(b)a youthful offender under the age of fourteen years detained in a reformatory school to be transferred to an industrial school;(c)a young person detained in an industrial school, who is found to been excising an evil influence over the other inmates of the school or who is guilty of a serious breach of the rules of the school or of escaping from the school, to be transferred to a reformatory school;Provided that the whole period of the detention of the youthful offender, young person or child shall not be increased by the transfer.
