Section 6(2) in The Bombay State Dental Council (Reconstitution And Reorganization Order, 1961

(2)Until the Gujarat State Dental Council makes any other provisions in this behalf under Sec. 28 of the Act, the Government of Gujarat shall appoint officers and servants (other than the Registrar) of the Gujarat State Dental Council on such terms and conditions as it deems fit.
