Section 12(2)(vii) in THE ANDHRA PRADESH ANIMAL FEED (REGULATION OF MANUFACTURE, QUALITY CONTROL, SALE AND DISTRIBUTION) ACT, 2020

(vii)If any member other than the Dean, Faculty of Veterinary Science, Sri Venkateswara Veterinary University, Tirupati is unable at any time to perform the duties of his office by reason of absence or incapacity the Government may appoint some other person to act in his place during such period in like manner as such member was appointed in accordance with the provisions of sub-section (1).
