Section 4(2) in The Rajasthan Famine Relief Works Employees (Exemption From Labour Laws) Act, 1964
(2)All proceedings instituted by or on behalf of or for the benefit of any employee of the famine relief works pending in any court under any labour law at the date of the commencement of this Act shall be void and dismissed.
