Section 132(1) in The U.P. Co-operative Societies Act, 1965
(1)Any suit, other proceeding, enquiry or inspection instituted or commenced under the Co-operative Societies Act, 1912 (Act II of 1912), shall so far as may be, deemed to have been instituted or commenced under this Act and may be continued accordingly.
