(xvi)To Institute professorships associate professorships assistant, professorships readerships lecturerships and any other teaching academic or research posts as may deemed necessary by the University; and to appoint duly qualified persons as professors associate professors, assistant professors, readers lecturers, or otherwise as teachers and researchers of the University;
