Section 20 in The Kerala Lifts and Escalators Act, 2013
20. Power to remove difficulties.
- If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may, by an order published in the Gazette, make such provisions not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, as appear to them to be necessary or expedient for removing the difficulty.
