Section 7(12) in The Rajasthan Legal Aid Rules, 1984
(12)Subject to the general control of the High Court Legal Aid Committee, the allotment of funds to the Legal Aid Committees at the Sub-Divisional and Tehsil headquarters shall be made by the committee constituted at the district headquarters.
