(a)having a share in any registered Joint Stock Company or a Cooperative Society, constituted under the laws for the time being in force which shall contract with or be employed by or on behalf of the [Municipality] [Substituted vide Orissa Act No. 11 of 1994 w.e.f. 31.5.1994.]; or
