Section 3(1) in West Bengal State Council of Technical and Vocational Education and Skill Development Act, 2013
(1)The State Government shall, as soon as may be after the commencement of this Act, establish a Council to be called the West Bengal State Council of Technical and Vocational Education and Skill Development.
