Section 3(1) in Bihar Ward Sabha & Ward Implementation and Management Committee Conduct of Business Rules, 2017
(1)There shall be a Ward Sabha for each ward or territorial electoral constituency of Gram Panchayat. All persons registered under the electoral roll of the ward shall be members of the concerned Ward Sabha.
