Section 25(2) in The U.P. Agricultural Credit Rules, 1975
(2)Every order under sub-rule (1) shall be in writing and shall contain the following particulars -(a)the reasons on which the decision is based ;(b)a direction as to costs and interest, if any ;(c)the number of cases, and the names and description of the parties ;(d)the date when the order was signed and pronounced.
