FACTS
Heard today dated 16.7.2012. Appellant present. The public authority is represented by Shri D. K. Jha, Executive Engineer.
2. It is noticed that vide RTI application dated 19.5.2011, the appellant had sought information about the following contracts awarded by MES and Garrison Engineer, Joshimath to M/s Experto Enterprises viz:-
"1. CA No CWE/Hills/EWS/19 of 2006-07.
2. CA NO CWD/Hills/EWS/76 of 2006-07.
3. CA NO GE/871/33 of 2006-07.
4. CA NO CWE/Hills/EWS/30 of 2009-10."
3. During the hearing, the appellant submits that he also wishes to inspect the bills purported to have been submitted by M/s Experto Enterprises.
4. After hearing the parties, it is ordered that the information relating to the above mentioned contracts may be supplied to the appellant, free of cost. Besides, the appellant may also be permitted to inspect all the bills / receipts submitted by M/s Experto Enterprises to MES/ Garrison in relation to these contracts and allowed to take copies there-from on payment of requisite fee.
