Prayer:  The Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of  the Constitution of India for issue a Writ of Certiorari-fied Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the order passed by the 1st respondent in the office order No.E-42099/CISF/CPCL/PA/O.O/2015/3689, dated 20.11.2015 and the movement order No.E-42099/CISF/CPCL/DE/Adm/2015/2969 dated 21.11.2015 issued by the first respondent and to quash the same and to direct the respondents to retain the petitioner at CPCL, Manali till the forth coming inter zonal transfer 2016 with TA/DA Benefits.
