Section 1 in The Mango Seed Kernel Grading and Marking Rules, 2017
1. Short title, application and commencement.
(1)These rules may be called the Mango Seed Kernel Grading and Marking Rules, 2017.(2)They shall apply to Mango Seed Kernel obtained from the seeds of the plant Mangifera indica Linn. of the family Anacardiaceae.(3)They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
