Section 46(1) in The Bihar Motor Vehicles Rules, 1992
(1)An application for a certificate of temporary registration or extension of period of validity thereof shall be made in Form C.R.Tem. A. alongwith the fee-prescribed under Rule, 44:Provided that the period of such extension shall not be more than one month at any one time.
