Section 21(1) in The Kerala Document Writers Scribes and Stamp Vendors Welfare Fund Act, 2012
(1)The annual report of the fund shall be prepared under the direction of the Board and after approval by the Board, a copy of the report together with audited statement of accounts shall be submitted to the Government before the 31st of July every year.
