34. Contravention of provisions to be an offence.
- Contravention of any of the provisions contrained in any law with reference to functioning any unit with reference to any licence, permission, registration, exeption or any other terms and conditions, shall be an offence under the said law and shall be punishable under the relevant provision of the said law.
