Section 5A(2) in The Bombay Provincial Municipal Corporations Act, 1949
(2)A Corporation constituted upon the dissolution before the expiration of its duration, shall continue only for the remainder of the period for which it would have continued under sub-section 111 had it not been so dissolved.
