Section 5(1) in Pepsu Road Transport Corporation Rules, 1977
(1)An official appointed as Chairman or member shall be entitled to draw such travelling and daily allowance as may be admissible to him by virtue of his office under the State Government or the Central Government, as the case may be :Provided that he shall not draw travelling or daily allowance admissible under these rules if for the same journey or for the same day he has drawn travelling or daily allowance, as the case may be, from the Government.
