(2)The pay and other conditions of service of the officers and employees of the Board shall be such as may be laid down by regulations made in this behalf. (3) Unless expressly provided to the contrary under this Act or rules made thereunder and subject to the provisions of section 46, the terms and conditions of service of an officer or employee of the Board shall be governed, as far as may be, by the terms and conditions of service and the rules and regulations applicable to Government employees, and by the order and decisions issued by the Central Government from time to time.
