Section 138(1) in Andhra Pradesh Metropolitan Region and Urban Development Authorities Act, 2016
(1)The Government may, by notification, declare such of the outer area adjacent to the development area, consisting of such villages or at a distance specified on all sides of the development area, to be the periphery area of the Authority as it deems fit.
