(1)All land and properties and all rights of whatever kind used, enjoyed or, possessed by, and all interests of whatever kind owned by or, vested in or, held in trust by or, for the Raiganj College (University College) as well as liabilities legally subsisting against it shall vest to the University as constituted under this Act with effect from the date of its coming into effect.
