Respondent no.1 is duly represented. Time has been sought to file counter affidavit. Be filed within four weeks.
Ld. Counsel for the appellant has not filed spare copies for issuance of notice of lodgment of petition of appeal in respect of respondent nos. 2 and 3. One weeks time is granted. If spare copies are filed within the time granted, issue notice of lodgment of petition of appeal immediately and list again on 10.09.2025.
