Section 27(1) in Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Councils Act, 1997
(1)The Chairman may at any time resign from his office by giving a notice in writing to the Council and such resignation shall take effect from such date as may be specified in the notice or if no such date is specified, from the date of receipt by the Council.
