9. Investment in gainful deposits.
- [Section 103(3)] - The Drawing and Disbursing Officer, if he deems appropriate to do so, with the approval of the Secretary, may invest any amount available in the Fund in any short-term or long-term gainful deposits in any Nationalized Bank with a view to earn profitable returns.
