Section 6(iv) in The Multimodal Transportation Of Goods (Amendment) Act, 2000
(iv)after clause (o), the following proviso shall be inserted, namely:-" Provided that the absence of any of the particulars listed above shall not affect the legal character of the multimodal transport document.".
