Section 5(1) in The Orissa Zilla Parishad (Conduct of Business) Rules, 1996
(1)At least seven clear days notice of a meeting of the Parishad shall be given to every member. The notice shall be issued under the signature of the Secretary and served by post or by such other method as may be decided by the Secretary. A copy of such notices shall also be published in the notice board of the Parishad:Provided that an emergency meeting of the Parishad may be held with three days notice.
