Section 8(f) in Andhra Pradesh Panchayats Extension to Scheduled Areas (PESA) Rules, 2011
(f)regulate the making, execution and enforcement or cancellation of agreements of sales, the weighment, delivery, payment and all other matters relating to the marketing of agricultural produce, NTFP Produce, live stock or products of live stock and all matters ancillary thereto.
