60. Operation of bank account.
- Subject to the other provisions of this Act, payment from the Municipal Fund shall be made in such manner as may be [prescribed,] [Word substituted by West Bengal Act 17 of 1995.] and the accounts referred to in section 57 shall be operated, by such officers of the Corporation as may be [prescribed.] [Word substituted by West Bengal Act 17 of 1995.]
