(2)The times at which meals are to be served out to prisoners, and within which prisoners' are to consume their food, and the manner in, and places at, which the distribution of food is to take place and the like, shall, from time to time, be prescribed by the Superintendent, subject to the directions (if any), in that behalf, of the Inspector-General.
