1. Learned counsel for defendant nos. 1 and 2 states that the said defendants intend to file an amended written statement to the amended plaint. They may do so in accordance with law.

2. Learned counsel for defendant no. 5 states that the said defendant does not wish to file an amended written statement, and will rely upon the contents of the written statement filed in respect of the original plaint.

3. Learned counsel for the plaintiff states that he does not wish to file replication to the amended written statement filed by defendant nos. 3 and 4.

4. Pursuant to paragraph 3 of the order dated 21.10.2019, learned counsel for defendant nos. 1 and 2, upon instructions from defendant no.2, who is personally present in Court, states that the current address of the said defendants is B-175, Sector-71 Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

5. Learned counsel for the plaintiffs states that I.A. 24924/2014, which is not listed today, has not been disposed of. The Registry will examine the same, and list that application as well, on the next date of hearing, if it is still pending. If the application is pending, any party wishing to file replies to that application may do so within two weeks. Rejoinder, if any, be filed within two weeks thereafter.

6. List before the Joint Registrar for completion of pleadings, admission/denial of documents and marking of exhibits on 16.04.2020.

7. List alongwith pending applications on 11.08.2020.
