Section 28(1) in Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Open Access) Regulations, 2016
(1)When it becomes expedient because of operational constraints or otherwise, to curtail the open access provided to the customers, subject to the requirements of Grid Code, the short term open access transactions shall be curtailed first followed by medium term open access transactions followed by the long term open access transactions.Provided that among short term open access transactions, bilateral transactions shall be cancelled or curtailed first, followed by collective transactions.Provided further that the open access to a Distribution Licensee shall be the last to be curtailed.
