Section 87 in The Calcutta Metropolitan Water And Sanitation Authority Act, 1966
87. Indemnity.-
No suit or proceeding shall lie against any member, Director, officer or employee of the Authority for anything in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rule or regulation made thereunder.
