Section 7(3) in The Election Expenses (Maintenance and Lodging of Account) Madhya Pradesh Order, 1997
(3)The register of day to day account of election expenses and the abstract statement of election shall be authenticated and countersigned by the candidate in case they have been prepared and signed by his election agent and the vouchers shall also be countersigned by him, before being lodged.
