Section 4(iv) in The Punjab School Education Board Employees (Punishment and Appeal) Regulations, 1978
(iv)'Establishment Committee' means the Committee constituted by the Board for each financial year consisting of the Chairman and at least two members of the Board for the purpose of these Regulations.
