Section 1 in The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Fixation of Trading Margin) Regulations, 2010
1. Short title and commencement. -
(1)These regulations may be called the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Fixation of Trading Margin) Regulations, 2010.(2)These regulations shall come into force on expiry of thirty days from the date 1 of publication in the Official Gazette.
