(2)The Memorandum of Association so received from the Controller shall be handed over by the State Government's representatives to the Chairman of the Corporation as and when nominated by the State Government. These two documents will be carefully preserved by the Corporation and the certificate will be mounted and displayed in the Registered Office of the Corporation.
