ARB.P. 126/20224. Petitioner seeks appointment of a Sole Arbitrator for adjudication for adjudication of disputes pertaining to the Memorandum of Understanding dated 29th November, 2018. Arbitration was invoked vide notice dated 18th October, 2021, to which there has been no response from the Respondent.
