Section 17 in The Tripura Clinical Establishments Act, 1976
17. Savings.
- Nothing in this Act shall apply to-(a)any clinical establishment carried on by Government or a local authority; and(b)any asylum for lunatics or patients suffering from mental diseses within the meaning of the Indian Lunacy Act, 1912.
