Section 7(1) in Warehousing Development and Regulatory Authority (Conditions of service of the Officers and other Employees) Regulations, 2016
(1)After initial formation of the Officers cadre, if any vacancy arises in any of the grades specified in Schedule-I of sub-regulation (3) of regulation 5 or if a new post is created in any of the grades, the same shall be filled up in the manner specified in Schedule-II.
