Section 33 in The Inchek Tyres Limited and National Rubber Manufacturers Limited (Nationalisation) Act, 1984
33. Repeal and saving.
(1)The Inchek Tyres Limited and National Rubber Manufacturers Limited (Nationalisation) Ordinance, 1984 (4 of 1984), is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
