Section 8(b) in The Maharashtra Land Revenue (Disposal of Government Lands) Rules, 1971
(b)that the land with all fixtures and structures thereon shall be liable to be resumed by the State Government for breach of condition (a) or if the land is not used for the specific purpose or purposes for which it is granted by such date as the Collector may fix in this behalf; or if the land is used for any purpose other than the specific purpose or purposes for which it is granted, or if the land is required by the State Government for its own purpose or any public purpose, and that a declaration under the signature of the Collector that the land is so required shall, as between the grantee and the State Government, be conclusive;
