Section 33B(1) in Andhra Pradesh Education Act, 1982
(1)The competent authority shall, from time to time, conduct a survey as to identify the need for establishing registered schools under its jurisdiction and then notify in the prescribed manner through the local news papers calling for applications from the educational agencies desirous of establishing the school to be registered in the manner hereinafter provided.
