Section 53(1) in The Anna University of Technology, Madurai Act, 2010
(1)Subject to the provisions of sub-sections (2) to (8), Anna University of Technology, Tiruchirappalli Act, 2006 (Tamil Nadu Act 41 of 2006) or the Anna University of Technology, Tirunelveli Act, 2007, shall, with effect on and from the appointed day, cease to apply in respect of the areas to which the provisions of this Act extend.
