Section 3(3)(i) in Orissa Specified Foodstuffs (Licensing and Storage Control) Order, 2008

(i)Every person who intends to carry on the business as a dealer, shall make an application to the licensing authority in the form specified in Schedule-I accompanied with requisite free deposited into the Government Treasury to the credit of the State Government through treasury challan in that behalf.
