Section 5(5) in Rajasthan Co-operative Societies Rules, 2003
(5)On receipt of an application under sub-section (3) of section 6, the Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Rajasthan or the Government, as the case may be, shall call for the necessary record from the Registering Authority.
