Section 17(ii) in Kerala Compensation For Tenants Improvements Act, 1958
(ii)in its application to the remaining part of the State shall not operate against any contract whereby the tenant's right to make improvements in the nature of buildings or to claim value of improvements therefore has been taken away or limited.
