11. Salary and allowances.
(1)The chairperson shall be paid a salary of two lakhs fifty thousand rupees (fixed) and other allowances and benefits as are admissible to a Central Government officer holding posts carrying the same pay.(2)A full time member shall be paid a salary of two lakhs twenty-five thousand rupees and other allowances and benefits as are admissible to a Central Government Officer holding a Group 'A' post carrying the same pay.(3)In case the person appointed as the chairperson or full time member is in receipt of any pension, the pay of such person shall be reduced by the gross amount of pension drawn by him.
