Mr. Harin P. Rawal, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner, Signature Not Verified states that the petitioner has now got certain Digitally signed by ASHWANI KUMAR Date: 2018.08.21 documents 16:47:04 IST Reason: which are very material for determining the controversy.
He candidly states that the documents could not be produced before the High Court. In these circumstances, it would be open to the 2 petitioner to approach the High Court by filing review application on the basis of those documents. Giving this liberty the petition is disposed of.
We make this clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the proposed application. However, it would be open to the petitioner to challenge the order passed in the review application if that goes against the petitioner. Pending application(s), if any, stands disposed of accordingly.
